You've submitted an inquiry form. From there, we will contact you to schedule a kick off call. During your kick off call, we will outline the full scope of the project, deliverables, timeline, budgets, etc. This is when we fill out your briefing template and look at project time availability. After the call, we send over a scope of work that details everything we talked about and the pre-project checklist you will need.

Once this complied information is approved, we send you the project agreement and deposit invoice. We can only progress once these have been signed and paid. Your deposit serves as the key to securing a dedicated slot for your project within our schedule, providing the professional assurance reminiscent of reserving an appointment or service.

It's important to note that the deposit amount is individually determined based on the unique requirements of each client. We work collaboratively with you to establish a deposit amount that aligns with the scope and specifications of your project.

Once we receive the signed agreement and deposit, we can begin working on your booked start date. Hurray! Your project is scheduled. We have been working on your project and are ready to present it. We will walk you through the presented project explaining the thought behind it. This may be done through email, call, or in person. Typically, this is mid-way through your project timeline so there is time available for revisions if necessary. Please note that the amount of revisions/revision timeline may also be determined in your agreement.

If you are pleased with the presented work, we are ready to close the project since this is the final. If not, we will start revising. About Revising: Depending on the level of revisions required (if there are any), we make amends and send them over email. If the revisions require more explanation, we may need to present the revised work to you on a call. Please note that the amount of revisions/revision timeline may also be determined in your agreement. Feel free to ask us any questions about this part of the process.

After you’ve approved the project and are ready to close, we share the final invoice. Once that has been paid, the final files (if any) will be exported to you for you to use immediately. For websites, we will launch your website and follow the protocol depending on your website platform. (Ex: Showit) After we close your project, do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns. Celebrate with a piece of cake or throw a launch party for the bigger wins!
